In Web of Vernax you play as a hungry Spyder. Your job is to trap poor, unsuspecting Vernaxes and gobble them up!
To trap Vernaxes you need to build a web. To build a web, you need to click somewhere
on the screen and then move the mouse up/left/right/down and a little arrow will
appear, thats which way your web will go. The smaller the web in which you trap
Vernaxes, the more points!
Be sure when making webs, Veraxes do not touch the string otherwise you'll lose
a life! Make sure the "coast is clear" before making a line of web.
Be extra careful when creating webs across the screen. It's best to create short
webs. :)
In further levels be sure to watch out for Red Mutant
Spyders which will destory your web. If you have already made a web
and captured a Vernax and a Red Spyder eats it up, it will NOT set the Vernax
free. :) Be sure to watch out for them because you could loose a life!
Pick up Spyder Bites which will give you extra points! Spyder Bites are
mini-spyders that you'll see on the screen. Make a web and go over them to get
extra points. Be quick, because they will disappear quickly.
